Brantley Place?? (Mooresville, Norman: for sale, houses, school districts)

Just found a few houses for sale in the Brantley Place subdivision - but I cant find any posts about this subdivision??
I orig was looking into the Mooresville area (staying in the Mooresville schools) Tall Oaks, Curtis pond, Lindwood farms, etc....

Brantley place would be Lake Norman schools??

Looking for opinions on the 2 school districts? and the subdivision...

My daughter will be in 5th grade next fall......

Do they have a pool /common area??

How big of a subdivision is it? (# of hosues?)

Seems to be a newer area?? The house I was looking at was built in 2002.....
