Ohio does not need to have or be like NYC ... ( LOL ) why would we?
There are plenty of places to see and a bounty of things to do in the great state of Ohio.
Ohio has 3 dynamic metro areas that offer a plethora of sights & attractions, there is also an abundance of natural beauty throughout this state.
The casinos will enhance what is already present in Ohio.
I laugh whenever I hear people like yourself complaining about the cold weather ... as if people are not cold when they ski in North Carolinas mountain ski resorts??
Ohio has 4 distinct seasons ( just like North Carolina ) and we all live with it because Ohio is our home.
People that incessantly complain about the cold weather have an option to relocate ... and a great many choose that option. Then there are also native Ohioans and transplants who are sturdy enough to appreciate Gods seasons of change.
