Traewyck and Water Treatment Facility (Indian Trail: home, high schools, summer)

I'm looking at a home in Traewyck in Indian Trail. I noticed that Crooked Creek Water Reclamation Facility is very near there. Can anyone comment to whether there is a problem with the way the air smells around that area, especially in the summer. I'm also interested in information about the addition itself and Sun Valley Middle and High Schools as well.

I'm also looking at Windy Ridge. Any comments on this addition will be great too. Thanks for the information.
