Just started closing on a house in Providence Crossing. Wondering if anyone lives in this development. Kids will be going to Holy Trinity on Park road just north of Woodlawn. What is the best / quickest route there? People have said milk is $4.00 a gallon, here in Ohio it is $2.25. Are prices on most items comparable to this ratio? The house I live in now, in Ohio, is 2x6 construction all electric so we get a special rate from the electric company. I highest electric bill is/was $140.00-month for a 2700 sq foot home. What would a gas and electric bill be for a comparable size home in Charlotte? How much is homeowners insurance? Just looking for estimates, please don't get descend into minutae.

Thank you
Mike
