I will be in Charlotte at the end of june, The purpose of the trip is to find an apartment. I want to move in the apartment by August 15 , Is a little over one month enough time to sign a lease nad get an apartment? Also any advice on apartment complexs would be nice.

In general, that should be enough time if you can find a place you like quickly. I am sorry I cannot speak to Charlotte specifically, but had no trouble getting moved into a few places around Greensboro and in Alabama in less time than that. It was the hunting that took the largest proportion of my time.

That should be plenty of time. I was just looking at apartments a few weeks ago, there were plenty available in the time frame I was looking for. You could also consider renting a room from someone who owns a house if you don't mind living with strangers. This is usually the cheapest option. I'm doing that now until I buy my house and it's working out great!

That is plenty of time. There are plenty of apartments in the area, so it is competitive. Make sure you check apartmentratigs.com first.

That's plenty of time.
We came here in July of last year and rented for September.
