Alright, here is a poll I thought I'd start, where is the best upside potential in Charlotte (investment wise, best place for Return). Looking for a 5 to 10 year turn around measured in percentage.

Well I like to buy my properties where its on the fence. East and West Charlotte is where I like to look.

West Charlotte is about 2 years from a complete make over....

I think so too. West and Southwest Charlotte (the whole western side of 485 really) is about to blow up. For anyone who is willing to wait on the Charlotte politics and the roads to be built, they can buy in now at cheap prices and make a killing when it is complete. Shops, jobs, and the lake are all in SW Charlotte's favor.

South west of Charlotte is correct, but over the state line. Fort Mill has the best upside, because of the better tax's, school's and crime. This combined with the recent spike in construction leads me to believe that this area will be the next big thing.

I havent voted due to there is areas left off the metro area list that are having various infrastructure changes.

Denver, Newton easier access with 485 and Hwy 16 (being turn into 4 lane limited access highway). This area side of the west side of lake have potential in growing to size that Huntersville has grown to.

]Kannapolis is already home values raised with the future Dole Research Park and should go up even more once it is complete

I also wouldnt group Gastonia and Mt Holly together considering they are two cities that offer different way of living, but Mt Holly quiet living and proximity to Mount Island Lake and 485 is creating this a desired location.

Mooresville and Cornelius also shouldnt be group together to vastly different cities with different infrastructures

I didn't know I could pick more than 1, I would have picked Huntersville too.
