Hi, I'm beginning my house search and have come across a few homes in Harvest Pointe that I'd like to look at but know nothing about this neighborhood. Can anyone fill me in before I make my trek this week from FL.
That is a good neighborhood like most of the subdivisions in Huntersville I also think the prices are decent for the area. It in a good central location to shopping complexes, eateries, and some good back road options in case of traffic is bad on major roads. Explore that area and will take you no time to explore other developments within your price range.
Here is a list of developments in Huntersville area. Abbington, Alexander Place, Arbor Croft, Barkley, Birkdale, Breckenridge, Caldwell Station, Cambridge Grove, Carrington Ridge, Cashion Woods, Cedarfield, Covington, Crosswinds, Crown Ridge, Douglas Park, Gilead Ridge, Gilead Village, Glenwyck, Greenfarm, Hagers Ferry, Hampton Ridge, Harvest Pointe, Henderson Park, Highland Creek, Hunters Pointe, Latta Springs, MacAulay, McGinnis Village, Melbourne, Monteith Park, Monteith Place, Northstone, Plum Creek, Sherwood Forest, Skybrook, Stephens Grove, Sterling Point, Stone Hollow, Stonegate Farms, Tanners Creek, The Hamptons, Torrence Crossing, Vermillion, Willowbrook, Wynfield.
Location: Sunny Phoenix Arizona...wishing for a beach.

im sorry sheena I cross that list and was like ok it looks complete Centennial is in what I would call a good country location but within a good central location of the city and north mecklenburg.
For right now only decent layout of the various neighborhoods is done on the trash service page of huntersville website but it a good way to get a ballpark idea of location of neighborhoods just zoom in about 75 percent

Phase 1 is coming to a close but we have another phase that will face Ramah Church in front of Northstone. The Vermillion is across the street of this first phase.
