Yes, I live in Sardis Forest and love it. It is a great neighborhood! Beautiful, well established, full of trees, large private lots, nice amenities (pool, tennis, park) and one of the best things is that it is so close to everything (inside of HWY 51, just 8 miles from uptown, on the outer edge of Matthews, 5 minutes from Arboretum, close to 485, minutes from South Park, and seconds from Super Wal-Mart and lots of food and other shopping at the intersection of Sardis Rd North and Monroe).

The key is to find a house with a garage, many of the homes don't have garages but the one's that do are a real gem b/c the garages are generally huge, ours is 680 sq. feet.

It's a gem of a neighborhood. Very cozy and well established. Great location, nice houses, nice amenities.
