Friday, mainly because no one has trucks available to rent on Saturday (back to school moves??). I'm glad we'll be getting a nice break in the weather for then. I've already got everything boxed or bubble-wrapped and sitting out in the garage except for the box spring & mattress. The bro and I should be able to knock this whole move out in just a few hours.

Sat at the light at the intersection of Beatties Ford and Sam Furr (Hwy 73) in Huntersville this morning for more than five minutes. The signal was red when I got there, and I know that my CD player played more than two tracks while we were waiting for the light to turn green. Of course, the drivers from the back of the line started to pull up to our right, and then drive through the signal to the left (Hwy 73 to Denver) anyway.
There was an episode of "American Pickers" on last night where they went to Huntersville to stop by Humpy Wheeler's house and see if they could find some good Nascar-related items for the Hall of Fame. It showed them driving down Neck Road, then down his driveway and toward his house. Kinda cool to see all of that.

I loved that episode. They've been near here several times. Once down in Stanly County and once down in Union County. That's one of the greatest shows on, in my opinion.
Good morning. Looking forward to this afternoon when I get to pick up my new Honda with 0% financing!
