Ok, so I am searching and using the internet for homes, both resales and new construction. As part of the search, in most cases when you go to a websight you have to sighn in etc... so now I have a bunch of r/e people calling me which is not a bad thing as some are being somewhat helpful. However, it does seem that they are pushing me up in price all time. Also, I am not sure why I need a r/e person if I am going to go to a new construction. It just seems that if the builder is paying them, I have to be concerned for if there is a conflict on who they are really looking out for. These are of course just general thoughts of concern. Likewise, if the builder is paying them, wouldnt that leave some room for negotiation as to any extras etc... in the price of the new construction? This is not to start a flame agasint r/e people like i said just some thoughts.
