charlotte.creativeloafing.com What type of club are you looking for? Are you looking for the upscale snobby clubs, the clubs that play real electronic dance music, the college clubs, or the rock/metal/punk clubs? Many of the clubs here are "Im better than you because I'm wearing a nicer pair of jeans and the bouncers won't let you in if you aren't wearing a collared shirt. While I understand this to a degree, it is too often taken too seriosly and sometimes leads to a really snobbish and uncomfortable atmosphere.

There are some good ones in other parts of the area. Flying Saucer and a few college ones by UNCC, for example. Plenty of tavern type restaurant bars in the area too.

LOL. They don't hold a candle in respects to content and information. They are more of a cult, and cover only a narrow range of whats out there when it comes to photos.

Default Charlotte Malls

I didn't see anyone mention South Park Mall - Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Crate & Barrel, good restaurants, good smaller stores, too. That's the nicest mall in Charlotte. Also, Phillips Place across the street in South Park is very nice. Concord Mills is a great discount mall - Off 5th (Saks), Ralph Lauren outlet, lots of others. It's huge.
