We already have those here! Neimans is in the South Park Mall! So are other ritzy stores like Chanel. There is also several DSW's! Century 21 is only in NYC and 1 in Morristown, NJ.....

I haven't been her long. Does Charlotte have an indoor ice skating rink? Also, there was a drive-in movie theater in Fl. The temps. are warmer but the place was packed with families year round. It was a nice alternative to the same old movie experience.

There is the Pineville Ice House that alot of the kids go to in the area and not sure where you are located but there is the Belmont Drive Inn (Belmont, NC).

I was thinking drive in movie too

They had a report on CBS a week ago about how they are re-opening a few in Texas and they are just booming as people want a slower, family oriented experience... with weather in NC you could probably run one for 9 months of the year?

EDIT: Hopefully none of those kids in baggy jeans show up lol
