Jobs are scarce here in Chattanooga and low-paying, so make sure you line something up first before you come here. Many people have moved here then left after a few months because they couldn't find a job.

Start with Volkswagon. Also, try Craigslist. I don't think it is true that there is a scarcity of jobs-more like not enough people willing to work. This is a great place to live for so many reasons!!!

Be careful with jobs on Craigslist, 95% of them are scams. The help wanted section of the newspaper has shrunk for an entire section to just a page or two. Jobs ARE scarce.
