Default I-75 Corridor

T: One can click on the upper left corner of this page, with the WHITE , City-Data.com logo , and enter any city you wish to get pictures, / research in the state.
I would say the I-75 corridor, with future South Park Industrial complex, and slightly North at Spring City with the finish of the Nuclear Power Plant would be a good target.
. . This area has a wide range of real estate values according to the VIEW one wishes. Nice /or new houses complete can be found around $100/ sq ft, north of the city. Less than 2 miles away we have $2 million houses on the deep water river channel. Same for the mtn top Brow views.
. .New luxury condos are being built right downtown near the river view, but rural value can be found west / north not too far out. . The state itself has less expenses / utilities compared to most of the country. .We have high sales tax to fund state programs, or make up for NO personal State income Tax filing. Eatable food 8.5% , and regular items 9.5% (Soap, cleaners, etc). So grocery stores estimate 9%. We do have a few TAX -Free weekends, for clothes, even Computers. Many local farmers markets or Flea mkts for vegatables,ex. CLEVELAND is a city expanding, remodeling, along I-75 , but you know your whole industry has a over-supply of illegals.
. . Chattanooga Times Free Press - Breaking News in Chattanooga, TN. Classifieds and Top StoriesChattanooga Times Free Press - Breaking News in Chattanooga, TN. Classifieds and Top Stories , can read on line newspaper everyday for updates. Again North Ala, like here, good future for Nuclear plant Construction, pipe-fitters, etc.
