Hello, I haven't been around for awhile, but we are still for sure moving to TN. If we decide on Chattanooga area, what are the best rural areas within say 30 minutes of Chattanooga? DH's sister is in Dunlap and we like that area but it seems just a bit too far for us from town if he ends up working in Chattanooga. She lives 45 minutes away.

I have looked online at Soddy Daisy homes and would love to live there because I love the name! Raised in the south and want a really southern name in my address again!

Default S.D. still Bargain

LF: L.F. here , Yes M today almost 70 degrees out riding the dirt bike. Short lunch then back on trails. Down at Soddy center this am. Got a appt for Income tax, have to wait two more Tuesdays. Guess the secret keeps getting out. Also primary voting today.
. Soddy where Rt #27 meets #111(towards Dunlap) is a low key town you are looking for. Our 1 1/2 yr seem llike 3 months ago. Still is dry town, except for Beer in superMarket. Close to river/lake for boating fishing.
. Hiking up on the Walden ridge plateau. Pockets of Bluegrass/ mtn music.
.Even our church looks like a ski lodge, built on 55 acre farm, where members cut grass, sample John Deere tractor,(Hay rides in fall), etc.
>Rt # 27 divided four lane parkway, no traffic lights, downtown 20 min to ballgame or festivals.

Lots of swimming holes , tarzen ropes to be a KID> NO ALLIGATORS
