I guess you both missed the part where I said reputation... word of mouth, opinion...

I never said that I have data to back this up... I said reputation.

People/families with serious questions about a move to a new home in a new area are better served and helped without mindless, glib, opinions with no apparent backing but, a "someone said".
Having been involved with the school system here for 20 years and being a parent still involved with alot of kids, famililies and the goings on in the high school and all it offers my son, I can highly recommend the schools in Barrington.

Is it a perfect school? No because real kids go there with all the fraility, angst and stupidity that often accompanies youth today. But it is one with outstanding programs, opportunities and caring people who want kids to succeed.
We are pleased with the results we have seen thru the years, not only with our kids, but the kids they grew up with.

Having "spoiled kids" today seems to be a national problam along with drugs. It is not confined to nice burbs.
