Thinking of purchasing a Condo in the Lake View Township. Moving from Texas. Can anyone give me some quick advice on the neighborhood? Thanks!

Do you mean the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago? I never heard of Lakeview Township. Btw, if that is the case, it is in the city, not the suburbs, so you should probably post in the Chicago city forum

Don't buy anywhere until you've lived there for a while! Rent for a year and make sure you'll be happy there.

my taxes still say lake view township..which i believe was the name for much of the northside area before it became part of chicago.
