Hi,

I will be moving at Oak Park and wondering if you can suggest or give your thoughts about the pre schools to the best of your knowledge. I am not looking for the information on what are the services the school offer rather your view point on what could be a best fit for autistic student, do this schools have good reputation, name of the schools that i should consider.

Please reply at your earliest convenience, i will speak with couple of schools today, however, your input would be very much valuable to me rather than some official words.

Thanks
Arif

I would urge the OP to seek out early intervention resources ASAP -- Early Intervention Programs | Autism Resource Center

The list compiled by Rush Medical Center is comprehensive and includes most good options in the region. Do not delay.

There are two free preschools in Oak Park, PKP at Longfellow and Early Childhood at Whittier. I suggest you call the District 97 and ask for an eval.
