Hi. I'm looking at a short sale in the Countryside Manor subdivision in Libertyvile, just off Buckley Rd. Can anyone tell me anything (good or bad) about that particular subdivision or area? Is it considered desirable? Any issues with flooding? All info is greatly appreciated!

Default Not that there was a mad rush to answer the original ? but...

Never mind. Ended up placing a bid on a home in the Greentree section of Libertyville. Seems nice. Home inspection is tomorrow. Any feedback on this area would be welcomed as well.
