Do you want a private pool, a municipal pool, or a subdivision pool controlled by the homeowners' association? How big of a home are you looking for? These are key piecies of information.

Smile thanks

I would prefer a private pool but I think that might be a fantasy-I would definitely want the pool to be inside the development if possible-it's just my husband and myself so the home size is not that important-as long as it is a safe community-is this possible?

If you are willing to go to Yorkville check out the Heartland Subdivision off 34, just east of 47. This subdivision has paved paths and a community pool. There are MANY homes for sale and I'm certain one of those sellers would be happy to have someone rent. Many of the homes for sale are vacant. Heartland has the pool, Heartland Circle (next door) does NOT get you pool access. PM me if you have specific questions.

Lakewood Springs in Plano has a pool, clubhouse and parks. Plano is right next to Yorkville. Stop and take a look if your out and about.
