Which L route & exit is the best to exit to go to the Oprah show coming from O'hare airport this Friday morning?

Blue Line. ( It starts right in the airport )

Get off at Grand, Washington, or Halsted from the Blue Line. It kind of depends if you will walk, cab, or bus it from the train.

The two closest L stations are the Milwaukee and Grand stop or the UIC/Halsted stop. I believe the UIC-Halsted stop also has an entrance/exit on Morgan Street which would put you a little closer to the studio. The studio is about a 12 to 15-minute walk from either stop, and in both cases the neighborhood you'd be walking through is fine. The latter would be a slightly shorter walk by about 3 blocks while the former would be a shorter train ride and therefore a shorter trip overall by about 10-15 minutes.
