Start with this list: Best Undergrad College Degrees By Salary

Also adjust for the FACT that MANY of those majors / careers are VERY cyclical / regionally limited -- consider for Petroleum Engineers that now that oil prices are high so to are salaries, AND you might need to work in Edmonton or Dubai to get hired at all...

CS grads rarely are in high demand, and starting salaries tend to avg about $60k -- well sort of your goal.

The harsh reality is EVEN should you get into med school that is no guarantee of a six figure income: Doctor of Medicine (MD) Degree - Doctor of Medicine Salary - PayScale

Make sure to consider the recent recession (sorry to harp on about it again), but a business degree doesn't promise squat anymore. It seems that anything computer related (graphic design doesn't count), or math and science related is promising.

Don't expect to start at 100k in any job. You will be competing with people that have a lot of experience and you will be right out of college. It may take a few years with raises/promotions to get to that level. Even doctors that start at $125k have a lot of student loans and malpractice insurance to pay for that effectively reduces their starting pay to as low as $60k the first few years.

In my line of work, 100K is your salary at the upper-middle management level in the twilight of your career.

Remember that 100K is far, far above the median salary in this country.

But, you can try to get lucky, get into finance or investment banking and hope for the best.

I don't know anybody that was making 100k to start...Maybe some people out of law or med school, but that is another 3-5 years of education, and only at the elite top 10-20 schools in the united states, plus they just dropped 100-250K on the education (barrier to entry) not to mention passing the bar, and the years of understudy before becoming a partner, or getting good work .
Then there is the other thing, you might not like it. Law has one of the highest burn out rates, if not the highest of all occupations. But you really have no choice but to stay in your job and pay off the loans once you choose to go down that path. I think a lot of the high stress/high pay professions, also have high rates of alcoholism, suicide, divorce rate, blood pressure, etc...
I would stop thinking about money, and do something you can see yourself doing without going crazy, and do it well.
I'm sure I could have done something like accounting or finance, but I would wake up every morning hating it. Just because you *can* do something, doesn't always mean you should. While wealth and status can certainly be attractive for some, I think in the long run happiness and sanity are more important.

Every Pharmacist I know started at over 100k/yr. IT can get you to 100k within a few years if you are good at what you do.

That is a professional doctorate degree PharmD (4 years after UG) for pharmacist, plus often another 1-2 years in a specialization at residency/post doc somewhere, and probably an MSCS focusing on software engineering/development (in a major market) for "IT". Not really on the immediate horizon for somebody asking "what should I study in university". While the Pharmacist is no doubt a typical salary, the IT route is not typical earnings.
