CPS chief promises more magnet, all-day kindergarten programs - Chicago Sun-Times
They've been preparing these since earlier this year but I saw this in the paper a few days ago and wondered what citydata thinks. I think it's great that CPS is increasing the amount of magnet schools in the city. That STEM school sounds really nice. That South Shore College Prep is going to be selective enrollment correct? I know there's been a lot of debate over it by people in the neighborhood.
