Its a little lonely after dark, but by no means is it deselet. The area is very up and coming with tons of new construction nearby.

I'd say Grant Park. I feel like it had been covered pretty well in another thread. I'll look that up. I'll have to second the last post in that it might seem lonely after the business day.

I'd vote for River West. Right by the Merchandise Mart. It's overall safe.

It's actually River North and 333 Hubbard is a great building with a very good reputation.

How is Larrabee Street south of Chicago Ave in terms of foot traffic and safety? If I remember correctly, the closer you got towards Chicago ave and west of Kingsbury the neighborhood seemed to get sketchier. Any comments?
