Does anyone know of any know cases whereas an employer was found guilty (and it wasnt LATER OVERTURNED) of Invasion of privacy,relatory tactics against an employee,harassment and tracking?

typically you sign and agree to the company policy before you start working, and you basically agreed that you don't have any privacy during business hours.
