Intensive English Program: Homestay . Since you're in Chicago, you might want to visit their office on campus which appears to be MC 324 according to the webpage found here:

Homestay in Oak Park
Hi --We have an available room in our Oak Park homestay. We are in the historic district, a short walk to the Green Line, which you can take to the Blue Line, to UIC. We've been hosting students since 1993, and many who have attended UIC. Our daughter graduated from there, and she lived at home and commuted while in school there. We charge $850 per month and that includes breakfast and dinner, free WIFI and free laundry facilities .
