This Monday I turn 20. I am new to the city and I want to go out with my friends to celebrate. I can't drink yet, but I want to do some fun things with my girlfriends to celebrate. Any specific suggestions? Thanks.

Well, that rules out all bars and clubs. Maybe go to a restaurant together? A concert or something? Maybe there's some street fests still - not sure. Rent a boat maybe - it's supposed to be pretty nice this weekend (low 70s and mostly sunny)

Are you from the suburbs? Or just moved to Chicago?

Try this site for ideas. There are still some festivals and of course, there are shows to see.

The Monty Python Musical looks like fun, but it is in Arlington Heights.

Well, my suggestion would be to check out the sewers!

I usually suggest a wander round Lincoln Park Zoo. Marvel at the tigers, laugh at the silly monkeys, awww at the meerkats. Lovely, and the weather is perfect for it.

I still can't get my head around people in America not being able to go to bars age 18+ and above. You're not even in your teens anymore, you should be able to get wasted with your friends. Oh well.
