Well that's one way of extremely downsizing this. Or you can talk about it in a good way. A hospital with fitness facilities, soccer fields. Hey that's great. That's a lot better than unused industrial areas. That'll encourage others to come in as well. I'll definitely use the fitness facilities. Their picture plan they had for it looked amazing. Don't forget that hospitals employ people and there might be people in the area that qualify.

i thought you asked for opinions? or did you just want to shut down any others than your own

FWIW "hospital districts"/medical campuses dont typically lend themselves to vibrant streetlife or appealing amenities. theyre expensive buildings but generally not places anyone wants to hang around if they dont have to. go hang around Medical District for a case study in that. Rush and U of C have interesting architectural facilities too, but no one goes out of their way to sit in their shadows. its better than some other designs in that it tries to address some of those issues, but i doubt you will ever see the number of people suggested in those renderings actually picnicking on the laws or whatever. and it will depend what kind of retail it actually lands. that remains to be seen

Juarez High School has a public soccer field too but i dont know if that in itself has led to any additional public investment nearby

The parcel will eventually be transformed into a new facility for Saint Anthony hospital and a wide collection of amenities for the neighborhood. More than simply a medical center, the so-called Focal Point Community Campus will provide nearby residents with fitness facilities, sports fields, and other community-oriented services.

Saint Anthony's is tranferring to just from the Little Village border.

So, not like building a brand new hospital.

I wonder what will become of the old?

Anyways, St. Anthony and Mt. Sinai were only like 3 blocks away, so it's good that they will move 1 further out.

I was really pleased when I watch the video. I think they have a phenomenal vision. Recently made video by Focal Point Chicago which is behind this:

So if the topic title and the body contradict each other, which 1 is foremost?

I'd say the body is foremost, the title is just a title.

Why is it that articles on the Internet about dating/courtship say, if what a woman says contradicts her emotions, her emotions supersede whatever she says.

So, maybe you are of the other theory, and that's probably why you think the thread title is foremost.
