Is the Ravenswood flyover the same as the Belmont one?

I understand that this isn't on the docket anytime soon (especially since I just made this up). I'm just listing this as what I think is a potential option for expansion in the future and what I think its merits are. I'd also love to hear feedback, good or bad, on this and see if there are kinks that can be worked out to make the idea better.

Yes, that's the official name. A funding agreement has been reached, so it is a go. The issue is when. Public hearings, followed by design and land acquisition lie ahead.
