Although I do somewhat see what you're saying. I was highly offended when I was in Lisbon last year and noticed an almost complete lack of Swedish presence, as well as not having Washington Mutual banks or Potbellys.

I live in Pilsen, there's god knows how much freaking snow on the ground, it's cold as hell outside, and yet, I STILL see street vendors selling goodies outside! and during the summer when I moved here, I couldn't walk 2 blocks w/o a street vendor offering me something!
no, there aren't many Portuguese immigrants here, yet how is that the fault of the city? there aren't many Haitians here either, but I'm not pissed of at Chicago b/c of it!
as for under 21 clubs, well, they exist, you just have to look for them.
