We will be visiting Chicago in two weeks and were not planning on renting a car. Most of what we want to see is within a walk of our hotel on State Street. However, our boys (8 &6) really want to see the Lego place in Schaumberg (sp?). Any suggestions on the best way to get there from downtown without a rental car?

Thanks!

The Blue Line CTA Rapid Transit (El) will get you out to Cumberland where you can transfer to a PACE Bus that goes to Woodfield Mall and then there are shuttles or a medium long walk from the bus stop to the Streets of Woodfield complex where Legoland is...

I have heard mixed things about the "attraction" with some people saying it is basically a glorified store and not much like the Legoland places that were more spectacular.

I though visiting *Legland* sounded more exciting.
