35th and what?

35th is a long street that goes through neighborhoods of varying quality.

So it's in Bridgeport, which is the pretty much best neighborhood along 35th Street. The area between the Dan Ryan Expressway and Halsted (which includes Armour Square along with the eatern half of Bridgeport) is the best area in that part of town.

Hard to say. Too many variables. But in general, $500,000 would probably cover most living situations. But of course more would be better.

I don't know but Bridgeport and McKinley Park, the neighborhood just to west on the other side of the river, are primarily working class neighborhoods if that gives you an idea.
