I have always been a fan of indigenous wisdom and the cross application to Christianity. Many (not all) of our 'holidays' are rooted in our ancestorial beliefs.

I often find God's peace in the natural world. Is it so odd to believe Jesus went to the Garden of Gethsemane to pray? Do we not find God presence in His creation? I do, for sure. However if I'm fishing and it bust my line.... all bets are off! Lol

I like to buy that really hot cheese and use it instead of butter making cinnamon toast, I eat so much cinnamon, I go through a bottle every month almost, that and pepper.

I spend 5 bucks on just pepper every month.

Is everyone ok?

It's like everyone I know are having the worst week of their lives, day after day.

It's like something clicked.

So many bad things happened I started wondering if it was just us, just coincidence.

I never liked Prince but it shocked me how deeply I felt about him when passed, same way I feel about George. This is a moving version of this song. Most mornings I wake of singing this song, just genius, I would say that it's something that gives me faith in God because this song is just something that had to be as if it has always been.

The long and winding road

Well, I never kissed a man before but if George sang that sweet to me, I swear I would kiss him right on the lips and I ain't even lying.

What would you do in the event of fire coming down from heaven as a solar storm that knocks out satellites, phones and power grids?

What do we need?

Candles, Slim Jim's, playing cards for throwing in hats, my lucky Mr Gumbo with one hand missing, and what else?

I always learn when it's too late.

Shouldnt every house at least have some DIY faraday cage or material so you at least get to keep your phone and laptop?

Even if you had these things, would you protect them when a solar storm is possible, or would you only do it too late as the phone clicks off while planting those orchids in farmville?

Your dryer, washer or oven would work... just needs to be unplugged
