Amos 5:18-20
[18] Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light.
[19] As if a man did flee from a lion, and a bear met him; or went into the house, and leaned his hand on the wall, and a serpent bit him.
[20] Shall not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it?
How do you reconcile that with "The brightness of His coming"?
In 1 John 2:15 .... ``Love not the world neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world the love of the Father is not in him``.......See If you are Lead br HIS Spirit when the things of this world can be a burden which can be overwhelming where the Hope of the rapture for the Promise of Jesus of a better world is hope for many... Jesus spirit leads me NOT to attack the Hope of His people right or wrong makes no diffrence.....
How do you reconcile that with "The brightness of His coming"?
There won't be any faithful on earth when the Lord comes upon it. They will be taken up prior.
2 Thessalonians 2:8
[8] And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
James 2:19
[19] Thou believest that there isone God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
Isaiah 64:6
[6] But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are asfilthyrags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
I don't think Christians that discuss the rapture are "rapture obsessed". The reality is the rapture/2nd Coming of Christ is an event that amounts to an inseverable part of and a reality in the Word of God. It doesn't matter what people feel about it; whether they believe in it; or whether they accept, or reject it-it's going to happen. It is what it is...
I, also, don't believe many Christians are obsessed with or seek personal joy knowing billions of people will suffer. It's a sin for us to seek vengeance or wish ill will or unfortunate circumstances on anyone, whether they have wronged us or not, because if we do, God will take the wrath off of that person, and place it on us.
I, personally, feel sorry for unsaved people who refuse to embrace Christ, and pray they accept the Word and salvation before they no longer have a chance or opportunity. Since, for Christians, Jesus Christ is the way-the only way. That's our belief.

What about those of us that are saved yet still refuse to embrace Christ? What exactly is going to happen? Is there a written policy for me?

Your initial supposition is false and therefore the concluding question is based on inaccuracy. Please refer to the internal inconsistency in your initial supposition for insight with regards to understanding your dilemma.

According to the Bible, for Christians, there's no such thing as being "saved" and not embracing Christ; one cancels out the other. In order to be saved-in Christianity-you have to confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe He arose from the dead. The trinity (Father, Son & Holy Ghost) is the foundation of our belief system.
So, what would happen to you would be the same as any other believer, if you don't come into true relationship with Christ prior the rapture, you will be "left behind" at the rapture/2nd Coming of Christ, and will have another opportunity to get "saved", but without Christ's church, which will be raptured up; in the midst of hell on earth; w/ unbelievable persecution and evil.
It's not too late. You still have a chance; morning by morning; second by second, new mercies we see...
