Friday sun down to Saturday sun down is the sabbath according to Jewish law.
If you think your god is going to eternally damn you for working on the Jewish sabbath you need to ask yourself if that is the kind of god you want to serve.
We are not under law but under grace. The sabbath laws are under the law of Moses and are not for us of the nations.
I ask because i work wen-saturday and if saturday is the sabbath am i destined for eternal damnation if i dont quit my job?
Once you have been given the knowledge of the truth...repent once and for all time and turn from your sinful nature and no longer committ willfull sin, you will then understand that you must keep the Ten Commandments...and the TEN Commandments have a FOURTH one of the TEN...it says to REMEMBER the Sabbath (Friday evening to Saturday evening) and to keep it Holy unto God and do no work on this day..but only what honors God...like meeting the needs (spiritual and physical) of someone...feeding one who hungers...healing someone who suffers spritually or physically.
But until you have truly, once and for all time, repented of your sins and have then been babtized in the Holy Spirit of Christ and changed into His character, and no longer sin willfully...you are not a child of God yet...you are not born again yet...so you're not keeping the Sabbath Holy..and your not abiding by the rest of His Commandments either, it is the wide road in which you are traveling on...and it does not lead to the Kingdom of God.
In Christ's love..and prayerfully in His truth,

You forget to tell him he has to get baptized in a moving river, in the name of Jesus, no . . . in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit . . . no . . in the name of Jesus Christ . . . no . . . in the name of Christ Jesus . . . oh heck just jump in a lake.
You never told him if he fails in one law he is guilty of all the laws. Please read Galatians. It is a kabosh on your idea of mixing law with grace.

Eusebius, you err in your interpretation of Scripture. Unfortunately, we really cannot discuss any further anything concerning Scripture...intelligently.
Eclipsed, you don't have to quit your job... just ask your boss to change your schedule due to your new religious practice. Sabbath starts Fri sunset to Sat sunset. No, you are possibly not destined for eternal damnation for breaking the 4th if you have the Blood of Jesus Christ; however there is a reckoning in the end time for believers who willfully commit sin... it is called the Great Tribulation. God promise protection and an escape for the elect, they are described in the Bible as those who have the Blood of Jesus Christ and keep all the Commandments.
