Notice what the tree represents? Judging things on the premice of right/wrong, black/white, and so forth. Sounds like Fundies to me.
UR actually acknowledges that God is ruler over all of His creation, as Adam did before the Fall. There is sin, but it's not even a speed bump to what was done at Calvary.

The issue with the scriptures your posting is the intent they're meant to confer - the separation of wheat from chaff, sheep from goats, etc is all within you and me - and that's where the "death" originates from.

I guess as an outsider to the UR/ET debate, my impression is that the ET crowd can't tolerate the fact that others won't suffer forever and ever and ever and ever.
