To recap: You can't lose your salvation because of your disobedience, because you didn't get your salvation through your obedience!
This is not a license to sin, but rather a screaming admonition for the church to quit being consumed with sin and to focus on HIM!!!
Amen, little elmer!!!

The first and greatest commandment is to love God with all your heart soul and mind. Christ said those who love Him keep his words. Obviously one must have the words to keep them. He also said that He kept Gods words and that His mission was to spread the word. So to keep Gods word is to spread it and to love Him is to spread it as well because that is what keeping His word means. Jesus said you could lose your salvation when He said walk in the light while you have it or darkness will come over you. Since Jesus said He is the light and the truth and that the truth is the word of God then the light is also the word of God. So, to stop spreading the truth and walking in the light is to lose your salvation.

"Tell us, when will this be, and what will be the sign that all these things are about to be accomplished?" Then Jesus began to say to them, "Beware that no one leads you astray. 6 Many will come in my name and say, "I am he!' and they will lead many astray.....
And the good news must first be proclaimed to all nations.....
But the one who endures to the end will be saved.

"The one who enters through the gate is the shepherd of the sheep."

The Lord has said; "I am going to make right a measuring line and justice a level."

If I may take the liberty to add that 'endures' to the end can mean two things:
1 ] endure faithful to your death as Jesus example. - Hebrews 12 vs 1-15
2 ] endure faithful until the 'time of separation' of Matthew 25 vs 31,32.

Those humble living 'sheep' can be 'saved' [ rescued / delivered ] through the coming great tribulation.- Rev. 7 v 14.
Saved alive, living right into the start of ' God's kingdom of a thousand years ' reigning over Earth.
