3 or 4 tenants with a room apartment paying $200 or $300 a month to you !!
Doing the math that's possibly $600-$1,200 a month or $7,200-$14,400 a year.
If your lucky you might get something as cheap as $6,000 to buy or invest and you own it.
Afterward the Internal Revenue has all kind of tax breaks on rental property beside the income you make.
Again the effort is really about knowing 100% bible believers not being a control freak with theology
for people to confirm to----1 Thess. 5:12 and Amos 3:3.
Certainly filthy lucre can't be my motive----Galations 1:8-9 .
Certainly supporting preachers of the gospel is not what I have a problem with---1 Cor. 9:14.
Fake unity is exactly what the problem is----Amos 3:3 and Ephesians 4:5.
Christianity or the body of Christ is way more then good people meeting---Amos 3:3 and 2 Cor. 6.
