' Salvation ' is a noun, and is something that after being rescued can be saved.

Didn't Jesus teach at Matthew 24 v 13 that whoever perseveres to the end , he will be saved ?_______

So, who endures to either the end of his life, or endures to the coming ' time of separation ' of Matthew 25 vs 31,32 will be saved or receive salvation such as those of Revelation 7 vs 10,14 who come out of the great tribulation. In other words, saved alive on earth, to remain alive on earth, right into the start of Jesus' coming 1000-year kingdom reign over earth.

Salvation is a two stage deal: you are put in a condition where if your life were terminated you would be spared some of the egregious re-education many will encounter when you make a commitment to follwo the Way Christ taught. You are then saved if you remain faithful until your life is terminated. Salvation is as much being saved from a lifestyle of futility (sin) as it is being saved from difficulties after death.

Romans 10:9

If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

Salvation starts when believer first are serious and believe in faith and repent of sin and ask Jesus to help them , but then needs to continue to repent again , and often many times for persistence to the witness of Jesus ................Then for salvation to be complete Christians who are born again need to get involved and pray so that the right Spirit of God can be directed , as salvation without Christians involved can invite the wrong spirit where can a form of godliness but no power from the right God through Jesus will be there ..................Once believers are born again they will be able to see the kingdom of God and have a witness of Jesus on their lives , then when they get water baptized with repentance to be complete they can receive the baptism of Holy Spirit for their calling in Christ .............With their salvation they can be saved and redeemed from curses and sin through the power of Holy Spirit through their prayers as they are in the kingdom of God ................. Then they live the life in Christ a selfless life being generous in forgiveness and love knowing Jesus through His Spirit keeping in faith and away from iniquity and sin through repentance and prayer .................. Then as they endure to the end of their live and then pass from this world they will be judged again through the judgment seat of Christ , which will usually be a breeze for believers who have keep in repentance and keep iniquity out and faith in .................... See the evidence is knowing Jesus through His Spirit and discerning that He is the right Spirit according to the scriptures as salvation is unity with the Lord

For the first century people is was ...

Mark 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

And ....

Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Salvation happens: How and on what evidence?

"When you no longer hear the deep organ-tones of religiosity; the heart and mind are renewed."

OK, but what does "persevere to the end" entail and mean to you?

God Bless,

'My' personal belief is that Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne. The evidence for it can only be known by faith, and this not of yourself, but a gift from God. Which therefore makes salvation a poke in the eye with a sharp stick for many.

Hi, believe that salvation is a a process for us, beginning as we place our faith and trust in the Lord as our Savior. We believe that He died on account of our sins and we turn away from a life of sin, desiring to live for Him. As we walk with Him day to day, we learn to put sin to death in our lives, praying for Him to help us live for Him. Salvation is deliverance and healing from a self centered life of sin, and we become new creations in Christ, learning to walk by the Spirit of God, manifesting the fruits of His Holy Spirit in our lives such as love, peace, joy, patience, self control, kindness, faithfulness. We are being saved to manifest God's glorious work and presence in our lives and we are blessed to be a blessing to others. God bless.
