How much time have you spent in the 'hood, Vizio? How much time have you spent in the barrio where something like this will keep kids off the streets and, maybe, light a spark of faith?

It's true!

No one reads the link. Just go by the Title

Read the article. It is about a pastor whose hobby is mixed martial arts.

From the article:
I’m a pastor by trade, and the next morning I was set to preach the Easter sermon.
But on that night, I was preparing for something else entirely. This wasn’t the normal, churchgoing crowd.
I was about to enter the cage and compete in a mixed martial arts bout.
When I tell people I’m a pastor and a mixed martial arts fighter, I usually get some puzzled looks.

Thank you for correcting us on this.

I read it. I also went to the church website to see where it was. I'm very familiar with ministries that do this type of thing and have seen people's lives changed because of them.

It's quite amazing (and a special kind of blessing) to sit in a church next to a guy covered in prison tattoos who is there (with his wife and child) after turning his life around because he's connected with a non-traditional pastor. And church.

The quote was from the video, not mine:

"If everybody loves you, you're doing something wrong."

I participated in this sport years ago, not by choice; it can be quite bloody and violent.
My only question is, what motivates a person to 'fight' his brother and 'hate' his enemies?

And both sides claim victory in the name of God, which is uncertain and questionable?
