Fortunately he said "if" in each instance.
The easy way to tell is to see who uses Scripture and who uses their own thoughts as equal to scripture..

Cross Boaster Jason means nothing if he's a Romans 6:1 mocker of repentance to be saved.
Dear tony, where in all of Paul's writings to the nations did he ever tell the nations they had to repent to be saved?
Here is the verse you referenced above:
Rom 6:1 What, then, shall we declare? That we may be persisting in sin that grace should be increasing?
There is nothing in that verse intimating one needs to repent to be saved. You only find such repentance requirements in the Circumcision accounts.
We of the nations are saved in grace through faith . . . faith in God that Christ died for our sins, was entombed and God raised Him from the dead (Romans 4:24,25; 1 Corinthians 15:1-4).

How about Hebrews 6:1 ?
That's a go one.
Paul not only talks about repentance but going on to perfection.
tonytonytony is disobedient until he does 1 Timothy 4:10,11.
Hellfire Harry means nothing if he's a 1 Tim 4:10,11 mocker.
