What does it mean to be ONE FLESH? Can this be literally applied?
Genesis 2:24
Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be oneflesh.
Matthew 19:5
and said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be oneflesh?
Matthew 19:6
Wherefore they are no more twain, but oneflesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.

And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
it is only in our children that a man and women can become ONE FLESH. It is the FAMILY that God has joined together as ONE, not just the man and woman.
When a man and woman cleave (sexual joining) together they SHALL become ONE FLESH. Children. it is not the cleaving that makes them one, it is what the cleaving produces that makes them ONE, hence SHALL be ONE FLESH.

I agree with Jerwade on this one pneuma. There is one mind and it is either governed by the flesh or by the Spirit. Which ever one we are governed by we are one with.

Makes sense...The only way that two genetic differences could become one flesh is though DNA combination which would be offspring...
