Or on threads about God punishing America and the always popular 'Hollywood is full of liberal perverts'. (Actually, no. Hollywood is full of hard-working people who get up at four in the morning to be on the set and ready to go at six so they can pay the rent and buy food and take their kids to a Dodgers game.)

The Westboro Baptist Church of Topeka, Kansas, known for its anti-gay vitriol and picketing funerals of American soldiers, is threatening to picket the funeral of Robin Williams, claiming the late actor “decided to use his considerable talent to push filthy life styles [sic], flagrant debauchery and hedonism.” WBC announced its plans on Twitter, using the hashtags #MustPicketFuneral and #PicketFuneral.
Will no one rid us of these hate filled pretend Christians, these Christians in name only?
I can guarantee one thing. Being as how beloved Robin Williams is to so many people in this nation, and in this state, the haters of Westboro will find themselves very surprised if the they to disrupt any services for Robin Williams. And not in a happy way.
Time to marginalize these hypocrites, these haters, these pretend Christians once and for all.
Every word that they utter is a quote from the bible. They are the epitome of bible believing christians.
All one has to do is tune in to any John Hagee "ministry and hear the same verses quoted in the same way. These are the Christians that America sees everyday. Other than the methods, the message remains the same...believe as I do or you burn forever. nice warm and fuzzy religion you got there

Nope. But tens of thousands of people in Southern California work in the Industry (films, TV, music) in a variety of capacities. The point being - as with everything else - using a broad brush to paint everyone is never a good idea. They, and the vast majority of working actors, are not a bunch of hedonistic, moral-less beings. Contrary to the popular belief of the Hillsboro Baptist Church and many conservatives.

God loves every single human being that has ever lived, and ever will live with an unconditional love that humanity will never be able to comprehend. He doesn't desire that anyone should die in their wickedness.
Jesus taught us to love our enemies and bless those who persecute us.
“You have heard that it was said, ‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. “For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? “If you greet only your brothers, what more are you doing than others? Do not even the Gentiles do the same? “Therefore you are to be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect." (Matt. 5:43-48)
What this so-called 'church' is doing is not the teachings of Christ. If they truly love Mr. Williams as Jesus commanded, they would fall to their knees and weep over his death and pray that through this tragedy, Mr. Williams' loved ones and family members might turn to God.
As Joseph said, 'you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good', so can we know that God's divine providence is working through this man's untimely passing.
