I think you misheard something. Never in my life have I heard anyone claim that Islam was a form of Christianity. A Christian, by definition, believes that Jesus was the son of God/God with us in human form.
Muslims believe Jesus to have been a prophet who will return someday, but that he was a human only, with no divinity. And that Mohammed was the last prophet and he came to give the final, correct message. No one would label that Christian.
Yes there is a claim that Mohammad was the last prophet , with Jewish religion followed by the Christianity then Islam being the last Word of God .... Just that God does not prophecy through the Jewish faith and Mohammad was the last person God prophesied through , but God still prophecies through people of Christianity .....
Yes. That's pretty much the standard Muslim belief system. All of their prophets, with the exception of Mohammad, are the Biblical prophets of the OT and NT. It's just that Muslims have a different take on the Bible - kind of like the Mormons.
just to clarify. chapter 1 thru 4 of the quran exaults jesus and moses. 5 thru 8 tear the straw dogs down down.
chapter 9 calls for the killing of jews and christians who are "the unrighteous" the "ungrateful" the "polytheists".

Links please. I never heard anyone make such argument.
Yes, please post links to the stories on CNN and MSNBC that state that Islam is a form of Christianity. This isn't an idle request. I looked and found nothing. If you can't provide those links, your entire premise for starting this thread is garbage.

Actually, the Muslims don't believe the New Testament at all, and the Mormons believe both the Old and the New.

The Muslims do not believe that Christ is the Son of the living God. They claim God had no son. Therefore I submit to all that Islam is no form of Christianity whatever. Islam is merely just another religion having zero basis with Christianity.
