I know this is going to be a hard (maybe impossible) question to answer but I've been struggling over trying to find an answer for a while now and haven't. One being because what could a child do that's evil enough to warrant Gods judgment and on the flip side if he ordered the killing of them makes it almost hard to believe that they would be in heaven. Examples are below

1 Samuel 15
1And Samuel said to Saul, “The LORD sent me to anoint you king over his people Israel; now therefore listen to the words of the LORD. 2Thus says the LORD of hosts, ‘I have noted what Amalek did to Israel in opposing them on the way when they came up out of Egypt. 3Now go and strike Amalek and devote to destructiona all that they have. Do not spare them, but kill both man and woman, child and infant, ox and sheep, camel and donkey.’”

2 kings 2
23He (Elisha) went up from there to Bethel, and while he was going up on the way, some small boys came out of the city and jeered at him, saying, “Go up, you baldhead! Go up, you baldhead!” 24And he turned around, and when he saw them, he cursed them in the name of the LORD. And two she-bears came out of the woods and tore forty-two of the boys. 25From there he went on to Mount Carmel, and from there he returned to Samaria.

Joshua 6
12Then Joshua rose early in the morning, and the priests took up the ark of the LORD. 13And the seven priests bearing the seven trumpets of rams’ horns before the ark of the LORD walked on, and they blew the trumpets continually. And the armed men were walking before them, and the rear guard was walking after the ark of the LORD, while the trumpets blew continually. 14And the second day they marched around the city once, and returned into the camp. So they did for six days.

15On the seventh day they rose early, at the dawn of day, and marched around the city in the same manner seven times. It was only on that day that they marched around the city seven times. 16And at the seventh time, when the priests had blown the trumpets, Joshua said to the people, “Shout, for the LORD has given you the city. 17And the city and all that is within it shall be devoted to the LORD for destruction.b Only Rahab the prostitute and all who are with her in her house shall live, because she hid the messengers whom we sent. 18But you, keep yourselves from the things devoted to destruction, lest when you have devoted them you take any of the devoted things and make the camp of Israel a thing for destruction and bring trouble upon it. 19But all silver and gold, and every vessel of bronze and iron, are holy to the LORD; they shall go into the treasury of the LORD.” 20So the people shouted, and the trumpets were blown. As soon as the people heard the sound of the trumpet, the people shouted a great shout, and the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they captured the city. 21Then they devoted all in the city to destruction, both men and women, young and old, oxen, sheep, and donkeys, with the edge of the sword.

Not impossible at all.

Mankind does all sorts of terrible things and then attempts to hide behind God.
It's one of the oldest tricks in the book.

"We are the special ones. God hates our enemies. God is the Supreme being and He is on OUR side!!!"

God is LOVE.

Love does not harm.

Measure everything by Love.
If it is NOT LOVE, then it is most certainly not OF God.

NDE testimonies and visions from God do say that children that are too young to know the difference between good and evil do go to heaven. Some guess around the age of 6 or 7 is when he or she is old enough to decide... Makes me sad thinking about this, Im not gonna say anything more about what God does, his ways are perfect and at least we have a chance still to go there.

and alot of people have theories that these types of humans were offspring of giants, nephilim from fallen angels, and thats why God didnt want the strange flesh Jude speaks of and refers to enoch.

I believe that all things belong to God and that He restores them all to Himself in the end. Sometimes we don't understand His ways but He has a purpose for all things. God bless.

Of course the children are in Heaven with him. He created them. He assigned an Angel to every human being that has ever lived on this Earth BEFORE they got here. They are with you from the time you leave the father's being as a spirit of light to conception in your mother's womb to the very end of your life. When a human child dies, their angel picks up their spirit body and takes them back to the father. There's a beautiful garden and massive playground in Heaven for the babies and toddlers to play in that they enjoy and laugh and have a great time. He knows what he's doing.

When mankind was causing all kinds of sin and evil and destruction during Noah's time and he flooded the Earth, the children of the Earth were taken by the angels back to Heaven where they belonged. When Satan had Herod kill all the babies of Bethlehem trying to kill him, the babies were taken back to the father by their angels. Mankind as a whole over the course of several generations have aborted billions of his children that were meant to live on this Earth. Now they are all in the kingdom. All the miscarried children are also there. No spirit is lost and they are all cared for by angels as big as the sky. You have no idea. That's why the word says do not rely on your own understanding.

I believe scripture. I believe all children who are not yet the age of accountability will go to heaven if they die.

I also believe God is just. Though He is Love, He will discipline His children.

In those beginning days before Jesus came most men and women were descendants of Adam and Cain and were not even an image of God in the spirit and lived a unruly lives as animals ....................And God had no authority over their spiritual authority , and if they sin , there was no forgiveness,................... as there was no covenant for the vast majority of people in the earth ,.................. God simply did not have a plan to help most people , .......................So killing them by Noah flood and killing them to stop sin of the devil , by people who did have covenant with God was a way to move Gods plan for the few which God had a plan as Jesus was coming eventually ..................Like Sodom and Gomorrah God simply killed all these sinners by bombing them with fire and brim stones and the devils plan was thawed and sin came to an end in that area ....................But after Jesus came and by the cross of Christ God had a new form of justice which God could redeem men to God of the sin , so killing men like the day before had come to an end and the new Plan was to keep the devil in check by the power of the blood of Jesus and help all people get saved to God , as God had this new authority in the spirit which was not there before the cross of Christ ....................So if God took the children to heaven of people before the cross of Christ if they were to pass on as children , there is no record by God and the Words of Jesus .........But Jesus has the spiritual authority to take all the children of sinners and the just by the Christians who pray for all the children in the world to be forgiven , and to be taken to heaven

These things are not what God chose for them, they are things that they chose for themselves.

Moses went up unto the mountain and came back down with a law, but the people were committing adultery and they had chosen to worship gold like all flesh, and they had chosen flesh.

Moses had to repeat the process in his 40 days in order to give them a new law that they had chosen by flesh instead of spirit, and had the first law been accepted, there was no ark of the covenant in his first coming, but then the law had to be put in a cedar box because they chose to put it in bondage.

Israel were about to become like angels before the Lord as a nation of priest and kings that would have been given great power right then, but they chose something else, and so they were given a chance to take by violence what would have been given freely.

The order of things after the first law was broken, was the order of them obtaining the kingdom by their own might, and God still led them, but they chose their own might.

This is what happened at mount Sinai.

Solomon 8

"We have a little sister, And she has no breasts; What shall we do for our sister On the day when she is spoken for? "If she is a wall, We will build on her a battlement of silver; But if she is a door, We will barricade her with planks of cedar."

God found the bride as a door opening for adultery at the mountain, and she would have obtained a battlement of silver had she been a wall.

Instead, she was clothed in a cedar box.

This is the reason for the law being put in the ark, and the reason for the ark and the temple construction.

There would have been no need for cedar temples and boxes because Israel would have become walking temple with a spiritual covering of silver.

But they chose their might and God went along with them to show them what they would have to do in order to take the kingdom by might, but God would have clothed them in a covering that would have made the nations bow down instead of fighting.

Those children aren't in heaven yet but they will be eventually for "God will have all mankind to be saved . . . for . . . Christ gave Himself a ransom for all" (1 Tim.2:4-6).
