15. What then? shall we sin, because we are not under law, but under grace? God forbid. 16. Know ye not, that to whom ye present yourselves as servants unto obedience, his servants ye are whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? (Rome 6:15-16)

So as also our dear brother Paulos writes here, that if you give your self to sin, you are a servant of the sin.

Do not sin anymore, because the sin is for death, but righteous will live.

Ironic that that is what the Torah tells us...Same, same...If you sin, it leads to death...So, what's so different about the Torah telling you the same thing?...

Audience.

These were at one time - real writings directed to real people at a point in history.

Many believe today, that they can do sin, under the grace of God, it is a common false doctrine, and too little we see today exhortations to leave the sin..

But why you not seems to like it?

I believe I know the answer.

"The son can do nothing on his own. He can only do what he sees the Father doing. Whatever the Father does the son does like wise for the Father loves the son and whatever he does He shows him."

Torah speaks to Old Testament Jews - which does not legally apply to us today. In principle it does.

Paul is speaking to the church of Christ - so it is directly applicable for us who are part of the church of Christ.

Despite what Paul says Jesus said that the laws would not pass away....So G-d says stop sinning and repent and He will forgive you...Paul says the same thing, stop sinning...so,what's the difference?...
