Why are lawsuits discouraged among Christians? What does it say about saints and angels in these verses?

This is what my Jewish bible says and it is clear...
How dare one of you with a complaint aganist another go to court before pagan judges and not before God's people? Don't you know that God's people are going to judge the universe? Don't you know that we will judge angels, not to mention affairs of everyday life? So if you require judgment about matters of everyday life, why do you put them in front of men who have no standing in the Messianic Community.

Plainly it is saying, the Body of Christ should not let the secular world resolve our differences when it comes to legal matters (or any matter) but should be done amongst the believers who would seek God for clarity, understanding and the solution about the situation at hand. Because when we get to the kingdom of God we will be "managers" of His kingdom and all of his creation; so we should be able to handle our problem here on simple earth, in our simple lives.

Sad to say it but we have not reach that level of maturity but you would think after 2000+ years after Yeshua's death we would be, right?
