The third largest city in the state of Idaho recently announced that its marriage equality ordinance would criminalize wedding chapels that only perform marriages between a man and a woman.
This has been discussed: if you run a business, you can not discriminate on the basis of sexuality in most states. This does not apply to churches of whgich ministers may perform weddings.
