I met a woman in a line and she told me about a pastor that she likes and on and on.
So I went Sunday 10 am - NOON!...long service.
A starter up church maybe 35 people there, food heating for 150.
Main question: -I can't give their brochure to anyone I know, tho. Should I somehow tell the pastor that? Why? The language is for active Christians only...like a private club.
(I don't need to give examples.)
It seems to be common that they are so involved in that life that they forget
there are people that have never opened or own a Bible.
-How can I bring a new person there? Also, they would be overwhelmed not understanding
the excessive use of the word 'blood'...
a turn off for secular people... bloodbloodbloodblood....whoa. (It didn't bother me...but almost anything can be excessive; this was.)
YET, I am completely healed of an issue.
-Why would I want others to attend, you ask?
Because they are actively doing healings after the service.

What do ya think?
The Biblical model of "church" is not necessarily to attract new people. The apostles were less concerned with making church fun for the new guy as they were about teaching the Christians that were already Christians. Although they should certainly be welcoming to anyone new, it's not the reason it exists.

If you're inviting someone you know...explain some of the lingo to them before they go. Or when you give them the brochure. Tell them what they can expect.
You can ask the pastor if he's aware the language in the brochure may be confusing for newbies. See what he says.
If you think the brochure will be confusing....a two hour service may be overwhelming.
Inviting people to church is about putting them in an environment where God is more likely to speak to them.
As far as the language, I agree with Vizio in that a church should not overly cater to those who are unfamiliar. You can ask the pastor - but with 35 people there, if he starts changing what he does - will it single you out because you are the new person and he is slowing down because of your presence? I don't know if that's important to you or not... just throwing it out there. Or you can just ask the person who invited you to explain what such and such meant.

1) Insistence on secrecy
2) An insistence on what makes one a Christian.
3) Selectivity in who may or may not be invited.
