There is God the Father God the son and God the holy spirit. Ever wonder why? I believe that since there is three in the trinity, this is telling us that there are three galaxies each with it's own God governing it. The Bible says, " the first heaven and earth have passed away." This points us to the idea that there is more than one heaven.

The doctrine of the Trinity is that there is only 1 God. The Bible is clear that there is ONLY 1 God. And that the ONE GOD is sovereign over all of Creation.

Well psalms sates that there is none like God that he is the most high. Suppose that's what the verse meant?

Not sure exactly what Psalm you're referring to, but yes---there are numerous references to there being only one God. The doctrine of the Trinity does not teach that there are 3 Gods....we only believe in One God.

David, the Trinity doctrine does teach polytheism...However, not the way you are thinking...But, there is no such thing as a triune god....

The early Jews, the people of the Torah, were HENOTHEISTIC. They accepted the existence of any number of Gods, but revered their tribal God.

Deuteronomy 33:
[2]He said, “The LORD came from Sinai and dawned from Seir upon us; he shone forth from Mount Paran; he came from the ten thousands of holy ones, with flaming fire at his right hand.

Deuteronomy 33 ESV

Hinduism is considered the epitome of polytheism by Christians. And Hinduism is rife with many deities. But then, Christianity itself is rife with saints and "holy ones." Hinduism too is reputed to be the religion of 10,000 gods. But any Hindu can tell you these are all aspects of the divine trinity of Vishnu, Shiva and Brahma. And ultimately these three are simply different aspects of the only God, Brahma. Brahma sleeps on a lotus blossom, dreaming the dream that is the universe. What we conceive of as reality, is merely Brahma's dream. Makes as much sense as anything you are proposing.

Revelation 2

And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:
And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.
And I will give him the morning star.
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

This scripture insinuates that there is no end to habitable earths out there. The overcomer rules an entire earth being a guiding spirit in the heart of all men on that earth. The overcomer is given the same promises that were given to Jesus.

Those promises are that Jesus goes down to an earth and becomes ruler inside the hearts of all men on that earth, a new Adam as it were.

A first born son of many sons to follow, brethren.

What if the verses that say there is one God mean the God of the bible, the one of this galaxy, Is the only one Holy that we are supposed to worship and the other ones are evil? The Bible verse says that there is none like me referring to God of the Bible, the God of this galaxy.
